Full re-siding and siding repair — lap vinyl, shake and shingle, with the housewrap, flashing and J-channel done right underneath. That layer is what keeps water out of the wall; the panels on top are the part you see.

Decks
New decks and deck rebuilds in composite or wood, with railings, stairs and skirting to match. Built on footings that go below the frost line and a ledger that is flashed and bolted to the house, because that is what decides whether it is still solid in ten winters.

Fence installation, repair and replacement. Posts set deep and plumb on properly spaced centres, so the line stays straight and the gates still swing true after a few seasons of frost.
